My brother and I have always been passionate about food. Born and raised in Venezia the magical capital of Veneto, Italy, we grew up with pizza, of course a lot of pasta and one of the regions traditional specialties: Tramezzini. Tramezzini are authentic venetian sandwiches filled with premium ingredients, and are made with a specialty soft bread – crust-less, airy, and very unique in texture and taste.

Living in New York for over 10 years Tramezzini was something we craved and couldn’t find anywhere so we decided to establish our own food business. After being selected to join Smorgasburg in April our lives changed drastically and that fast. We are now opening our first pop-up store.

We serve a venetian classic and we believe in bringing people together with our food that engages all senses. We believe in simplicity and real ingredients. And that’s why we carefully select all our ingredients to ensure highest quality, freshness and flavor, and are taking pride in importing our products directly from Italy and sourcing them from local farmers.
